Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon

Cheese
Mozzarella cheese 75 to 100 gram (grated)
Parmesan cheese optional, 1/2 tablespoon
Step By Step:
1. Pizza Dough Preparation:
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Set aside for 5 to 7 minutes until the yeast activates and becomes frothy.
Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
Knead the dough thoroughly for 8 to 10 minutes. The dough should become soft and smooth.
Apply a little oil to the bowl, place the dough in it, cover it, and let it rest in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. The dough should double in size.
2. Paneer Marination:
Place the paneer cubes in a bowl.
Add curd, red chili powder, garam masala, chat masala, salt, and lemon juice.
Gently mix everything together tocoat the paneer cubes evenly.
Set aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Pizza Sauce Preparation:
Heat olive oil in a small pan.
Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
Add tomato puree and ketchup, mix well.
Add oregano and black pepper.
Cook the sauce over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes. If you need a thicker consistency, add a little more tomato puree.
Set aside once the sauce is ready.
4. Rolling the Pizza Base:
Punch down the dough and divide it into 2 equal portions.
Sprinkle some dry flour on a clean surface. Roll the dough into a round shape (0.5 cm thick) with a rolling pin.
Lightly oil a baking tray and place the dough on the tray.
5. Applying Toppings:
Spread the prepared tomato sauce evenly on the pizza base.
Spread a thin layer of grated mozzarella cheese.
Distribute the marinated cheese cubes.
Spread capsicum, onion, tomato, corn, jalapeno, and olives evenly.
Sprinkle extra cheese on top. This is optional but doubles the fun of a cheesy pizza.
6. (Option A) Baking Pizza in Oven:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes.
Place the pizza tray in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
The pizza is ready when the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes, then slice.
6. Option B) Cooking Pizza on a Tawa (Without Oven)
Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat.
Place the pizza base on the pan, covered with a lid. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. The base should be golden brown and slightly crispy.
In a separate pan, cover with a lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes to melt some cheese and toppings.
Carefully place the paneer and vegetables on the base and cook until the cheese melts.
The pizza is ready. Slice and serve.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve the pizza with garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, or chili sauce.
If desired, sprinkle some fresh basil leaves or oregano on top for extra flavor.
Tips:
You can lightly fry the paneer before topping, which will add more flavor.
If you don't have an oven, the pizza tawa method is perfect; cook with the lid covered.
You can use a cheese combination of mozzarella and cheddar for extra flavor.
Let the pizza rest for a while before slicing, so the cheese cuts easily and doesn't spread.
Conclusion:
Paneer pizza is a perfect blend of Italian and Indian flavors. Its crispy base, creamy paneer, and cheesy toppings are a favorite. This recipe is easy to follow at home, and you can modify the ingredients to suit your taste.
Oven or not, this pizza is perfect for every occasion – a weekend treat, a family party, or a kids' snack. Homemade pizza is simply unforgettable, and you can even get creative with your toppings.
