Introduction: Toor is a simple and traditional dish made at home, especially when eating light and healthy food is required. This recipe is very desi style in which we use onion, garlic, green chilies, turmeric, red chilies and a little coriander powder which takes the taste and texture to a different level. Adding green coriander and curry leaves makes its taste even more fresh. The biggest speciality of toor is that it is easily digestible and the spices in it are not too heavy. Ingredients: 2 medium onions (finely chopped) 5 to 6 cloves lisun (crushed) 3 to 4 green chilies (chopped) 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste) 2 tablespoons roasted wheat flour Salt to taste 2 tablespoons oil A handful of fresh coriander leaves (chopped) A few curry leaves 3 cups water
